This design vision was made possible by RacingLine advanced 5-axis CNC manufacturing techniques to make this kit look more like top-level motorsport components than typical aftermarket parts. The result is a combination of ultimate track performance with lightness, rigidity and superb attention to detail. This RacingLine Big Brake kit offers a choice of 355 mm or 380 mm fully floating 'triple-groove' two-piece discs that offer significantly greater heat capacity, reducing the effect of fading. Each lightweight Forged Monoblock caliper is a one-piece construction that starts with an ultra-strong forged billet. Instead of two halves bolted together, RacingLine's design takes a complex 5-axis CNC machining procedure to build, which is usually reserved only for the highest-specification motorsport kits.

The result is a 6-piston caliper that is stiffer and lighter than any other, combined with exceptional cooling properties and stunning details.

Despite the size of these calipers, they weigh significantly lighter than OEM calipers. Together, the caliper, pads and bracket assembly weigh 5.3 kg compared to 8.6 kg for a factory VW Golf 7R/Audi S3 equivalent.
